Attorney Marianne Johnston focuses on the areas of Elder Law and Medicaid, Probate and Estate Planning, as well as Guardianships in her role at Begley Law Group. She is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Marianne studied at Lafayette College and went on to graduate with honors from George Washington University Law School. After enjoying a career as a corporate litigator for more than 20 years, Marianne was inspired to focus on the complex legal issues of aging after witnessing her own mother’s journey with dementia.

Outside of the office, she loves to travel and spend time at the shore with her husband and two college-age children.
