Elizabeth A. Baker
Elizabeth is our Elder Law Case Manager and Legal Assistant. She has been working closely with our attorneys to prepare client documents and various reports, and maintains the firm’s database. Elizabeth has been at Begley for more than 20 years.

Colleen M. Caruso
Colleen is Begley Law Group’s Administrator and has been with the firm for over 25 years. She plays an integral role in managing the daily operation of the firm including overall administration, financials, marketing, and technology.

Dominic Caruso
Dominic Caruso is Begley’s Legal Assistant in our Estate Administration department, assisting our paralegals with the probate process since he joined our team in 2023. He works closely with Senior Paralegals and clients to aid when loved ones pass on. Dominic graduated from Rowan University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and has 9 years of store management as well as laboratory experience.

Karen L. Dignan
After 37 wonderful years with Begley Law Group, Karen has retired from her role of maintaining the firm’s database and preparing all client documentation for our attorneys. We express our sincere gratitude and appreciation for Karen, and the entire Team wish her the best in her retirement.

Gabrielle Fernandez
Gabrielle Fernandez has been Begley’s Elder Law Case Manager since 2024, bringing two years of prior Elder Law Planning experience. She works closely with our attorneys and clients from initial consultations, document review with clients, and meeting with clients to sign their documents to effectuate their planning developed by the firm. Gabrielle is appreciative of the longstanding relationship with clients that Begley forms. Outside of the office, she enjoys supporting the Philadelphia Eagles and spending time with her son.

Patricia "Trish" Gotta
Trish has been an estate administration paralegal for over 10 years working with families to administer complex estates and marshal estate assets. She also performs the necessary probate function including preparation and filing of estate tax returns and accounts. Since joining Begley in 2021, Trish collaborates closely with our clients and attorneys to provide the support and attention needed when dealing with a loved one that has passed. Trish attended Peirce College and holds a degree in paralegal studies.

Justine Hunsberger
Justine, who was formerly our Estate Planning Case Manager, is now our Estate Administration Paralegal and she has been with the firm since 2021. She guides our clients through the probate process and assists in retitling assets, prepares inheritance tax returns and finalizes the estate administration.

Nancy T. MacMillin
Nancy has been Begley’s Legal Assistant since 2011. She collaborates with the attorneys to coordinate client signing appointments and is the firm’s liaison for answering client questions.

Maria D. Micale
Maria has been Begley’s bookkeeper since 1992. She handles all accounts payable, receivables, and maintains the general ledger.

Zara Nicolai
Zara Nicolai is Begley’s Estate Planning Case Manager since January of 2024, bringing 3 years of prior Estates and Trust Paralegal experience. She guides our estate planning clients in reviewing their goals and the details of their estate and works closely with our attorneys to develop a plan to meet their goals with respect to their legacy. Zara is a Moorestown native and graduated from the University of Delaware in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Outside of the office Zara is a dedicated Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dogs.

Anna Plowman
Anna is Begley’s Marketing Coordinator and joined the team in 2025. She works closely with our staff administration, attorneys, and firm contacts to implement various marketing events throughout the year. Anna is a current student at Rowan University, graduating this 2025 with a Bachelor of Science, double majoring in Marketing and Management. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and supporting the Philadelphia Phillies.

Kim Pottieger
Kim coordinates all scheduling for the Begley since she joined in 2016. She works directly with clients, gathering all necessary information needed in preparation to meet with attorneys. Kim also assists attorneys and staff attending Begley Law Group seminars.

Jean Rospondek
Jean is Begley’s part-time assistant aiding our attorneys and staff. She also coordinates and manages our files and scanning. Jean will be celebrating 15 great years with Begley this 2025.

Stanley Rospondek
Stan is Begley’s part time assistant aiding our attorneys and staff. He assists with our mailing and scanning systems, and also with building management and IT for the firm. Stan is celebrating 15 wonderful years at Begley since his start in 2010.

Sherry J. Ruckdeschel
Sherry prepares all publications for Tom Begley, Jr. and attorneys at Begley. Additionally, she coordinates the firm’s document assembly programming process and assists in preparing client documents. Sherry has been with Begley since 1994.

Betty Ann Walker
Betty has been Begley’s Medicaid Specialist since 2008. She works alongside our clients to help collect the necessary data required by Medicaid and works closely with the Medicaid office to provide the verifications needed to process the application and obtain approval.
