Digital assets have become increasingly important.  Part of every estate plan should include language in Wills and Powers of Attorney authorizing the Executor and/or Agent to access the client’s digital assets.  This article contains a link to a form to be used for that purpose.  The Begley Law Group, P.C. provides this form to assist our clients, although please be advised that regulations and internal policies of an individual entity dictate access to digital assets by anyone other than the principal. Please consult an entity, or their website, prior to gaining access to ensure that access is authorized. By selecting the file below, it will be downloaded to your computer and you can print one for your own use.
